Nike SB‘s “J-Pack” first brought Air Jordan-style colorblocking/palettes onto Swoosh Brand skate shoes all the way back in 2005’s “Pink Box” era. It’s been somewhat of a constant in the line ever since then, and now the beloved scheme is coming back to the SB Dunk Low again, thanks to this new black and green makeup. Part of the reason “J-Pack” releases remain so popular is that they do more with less than many other Dunks, and that ethos is continued here, as a simple black nubuck base is mixed with rich forest green accents on the toebox, midfoot Swoosh, tongue, and rear collar. A Zoom Air unit is placed under the insole’s heel for enhanced comfort/board feel, and down below the look is completed by a contrasting white midsole and green outsole
