An upper constructed of different suedes and mesh sets the stage for the return of the jagged panelling, a heavily desired feature. The shoe is predominantly covered in the titled “Khaki” colour, with beige hits sparingly used on the side and heel portion. New Balance’s traditional grey can be located throughout the branding by the laces and even on the collar where the model’s “2002R” sits. The inside is built up of a soft white felt that hugs your foot upon each wear. The midsole, as is often the case, is split into two different tones. A darker khaki wraps its way around the ABZORB cushioning unit, whereas the ENCAP technology is draped in an off-white.
